Gül Kremer has been named the new dean for the University of Dayton School of Engineering, starting August 1. 

Kremer has been with Iowa State University since 2016, serving for five years as the C.G. “Turk” & Joyce A. Therkildsen Department Chair of Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering (IMSE). A CoPI on the ADVANCE Midwest Partnership project, Kremer was one of the leaders of the Department Chair Professional Development program. She plans to continue her collaboration with the project in her new role.
