Offered each year in the fall, the Conference for Assistant Professors brings tenure track/non tenure track women and men faculty from across the country together on Purdue’s campus to discuss, share information, learn strategies, and meet with others in an effort to raise women’s success - earning tenure/promotion. The conference can be useful for assistant professors from all types of institutions: liberal arts colleges, teaching institutions, and research I institutions. The conference offers participants significant networking opportunities with peers and leaders in academic administration.
