As a result of almost overnight disruptions in our lives/work and upended schedules, we weren’t able to launch the CIMC pilot as originally planned this spring.  However, our ADVANCE Partnership Team pivoted the idea into an asynchronous format that is flexible to enable organic relationships between mentees and mentors to form.  From these relationships, our goal is for each of you to make as much career progress as you can during this challenging period.  

This is an invitation for both mentors and mentees to join our modified Cross-Institutional Mentoring Community.  Our only synchronous activity will be a zoom call to introduce everyone to the program.  All other activities will be asynchronous including a closed Facebook group and pulse surveys.   The zoom call will be recorded and made available for anyone who cannot attend.
