Goals of the meeting are:

• share and learn about institutional culture and professional development and inclusion programs;
• launch cross-institutional mentoring communities pilot:
• plan Advocates & Allies implementation at Iowa State University;
• implement evaluation and assessment plan;
• identify action items and detailed timeline.
